Authorize funding in the amount of $770,100 to Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for an engineering services agreement for a Conceptual Study of the Wylie Water Treatment Plant (WTP) II Process and Facilities Improvements.

PURPOSE
The Conceptual Study will evaluate options for improving hydraulic and process performance and identifying condition-related deficiencies in the pre-treatment process equipment and structures. An additional consideration in evaluating improvement options will be sequencing of construction to limit the impact to plant production. The overall objective is to enhance the long-term reliability and resiliency of the Wylie Water Treatment Plant II and to extend the facility's service life.
RECOMMENDATION
The Executive Director and NTMWD staff recommend the Board of Directors authorize the Executive Director to execute an engineering services agreement (ESA) as follows:
