Award a construction contract to Red River Construction Co. in the amount of $17,132,500, authorize internal inspection services in the amount of $640,000, and authorize an engineering service agreement with HDR Engineering Inc in the amount of $764,712 for construction phase services for the Preston Road Lift Station Expansion project.

PURPOSE
This project includes pump and electrical improvements, odor control upgrades, and replacement of assets at the existing Preston Road Lift Station that have reached the end of their useful life. These improvements address needs identified in the wastewater conveyance lift station condition assessment program and Upper East Fork capacity assurance study to meet the projected long-term operating needs in the Upper East Fork Interceptor System.
RECOMMENDATION
The Executive Director and NTMWD staff recommend the Board of Directors authorize the award of contracts as follows:
