Authorize funding in the amount of $14,904,240 to Sundt Construction, Inc. for Amendment No. 4 to the Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) Agreement for the Wylie Complex Filter Improvements project for work related to Work Authorization No. 3 and authorize Owner’s Contingency of $1,829,000 for Work Authorization No. 3.

PURPOSE
The CMAR has submitted a Cost of Work Proposal for Work Authorization No. 3 for the filter improvements at Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) II and III, and the removal and replacement of filter media at Water Treatment Plant (WTP) IV. Future amendments will be presented to the Board as remaining work packages are developed, procured, and evaluated.
RECOMMENDATION
The Executive Director and NTMWD staff recommend the Board of Directors authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Construction Manager At-Risk as follows:
