SUBJECT
recommendation
Adopt Resolution No. 26-22 authorizing the use of Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) procurement method for the construction of the Wylie Fleet Maintenance Service Center project.

PURPOSE
The authorization to use the CSP procurement method for construction allows NTMWD staff and its consultant, Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (Stantec), the flexibility to establish weighted selection criteria that includes price as well as other non-monetary evaluation criteria. This method is recommended for this project due to the specific criteria required for this project and the opportunity it provides to select a contractor based upon the best overall value provided for NTMWD.
